Does anyone know a good program that will convert wma files to mp3?

I have both switch and goldwave installed on my computer, but for converting, i personally prefer switch because it has the option to delete source files, which goldwave does not have, (if you're going between formats like wma to mp3), and I have had experience with both. But anyway, yeah, switch is awesome and it definitely does an awesome job!
